Don Olin

Don is the co-owner of Olin Strategic Partners. From 2003-2013, Don was the co-owner and president of Partners In Care of the Carolinas, which grew into the Central Carolinas’ premiere in-home senior care company and was named North Carolina’s Family Business of the Year Award by Wake Forest University. PICC also received the Better Business Bureau Consumer Foundation’s coveted Silver Torch Award honoring service excellence to the older adult community, as well as the prestigious North Carolina New Organizational Vision Award bestowed by the State of North Carolina and The Carolinas Center for Medical Excellence. For the prior three decades, Don has been a leader in the food brokerage industry, eventually becoming president of Atlas Marketing Company, where he managed over $2 billion dollars in gross revenue and $55 million in earnings, and a total employee count of 1,000 personnel with 10 offices. Don served on the Board of Directors of Atlas Marketing Company and its Employee Stock Option Program (ESOP) which managed $32 million dollars in company contributions. He has also been involved in a number of non-profit organizations, including as the Chair of the Board of Directors of Opportunity Plus, an organization dedicated to skills training and career placement for people with disabilities. Don has served on the Charlotte Chamber Health Services Council Advisory Group, as well as the Sponsor Chair position for the Alzheimer’s Association Memory Walk. In 2010, Don was named a Top Entrepreneur by Business Leader Media.

Sally Olin

Sally is the co-owner of Olin Strategic Partners, and was named one of Charlotte’s Top 25 Women in Business and one the Top 50 Most Influential Women in the region. With a background as a Registered Nurse, a Certified Senior Advisor and a Geriatric Care Manager, she brings a wealth of insight to the business consulting sector, both for senior care companies and for a variety of other industries. She is a member of the National Association of Professional Geriatric Care Managers and the National Private Duty Association, for which she has served on the Standards and Ethics Committee.
